On 3^rd July 2012, People committee of Long An Province issued the official document number 2285/UBND-KT to agree the location to Vina Yen Eco Park Investment JSC for project of swiftlet farming, fish farming and orchid planting at Tan Lap commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province with the area of 3.04 ha.

To the document, People committee of Long An Province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with other departments to guide the Vina Yen Eco Park Investment JSC to follow the procedures on land and environment in accordance with the law; assigned the Planning and Investment department to coordinate with related departments and local authorities to guide Vina Yen Eco Park  Investment JSC to file for the investment procedures in accordance with the law. Vina Yen Eco Park  Investment JSC shall comply with the construction planning of the East Can Giuoc Area (Company commitment in writing at document number 09/CV-VNY.12 on 22^nd May 2012).

By 30^th March 2013, Vina Yen Eco Park  Investment JSC has to complete the procedures of land, investment, environment, construction and deployment of the project. If project deadline is not reached, the Planning and Investment department will consult the People Committee to withdraw document above. In addition, Vina Yen Eco Park  Investment JSC has to report monthly the Can Giuoc people committee, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Planning and Investment department about on the stage of completion of the project.
